About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with marketing administration, reporting, and day-to-day operational support.
Analyze and communicate marketing data to internal stakeholders.
Prepare reports and provide insights to support marketing initiatives and business decisions.
Maintain accurate marketing records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of marketing-related tasks.
Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and projects.
Assist with data management, tracking, and reporting activities.
Support ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role.
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Experience with reporting and reporting analysis is a plus.
MS Office experience required.
