• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Associates, providing guidance on relationship management, account strategy, and professional growth.
• Own the overall success and retention strategy for a portfolio of health system partners, health plans, and strategic referral partners, ensuring the team exceeds established targets.
• Serve as a point of escalation and maintain high-level relationships with executive decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Data Science, and Legal teams to ensure the "voice of the customer" informs the product roadmap and operational improvements.
• Standardize and optimize customer reporting, communication templates, and project management workflows to increase team efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing to oversee the development of large-scale campaigns and workshops that drive patient engagement across all accounts.
• Work with the Performance Management and Sales Operations teams to interpret and address team metrics including: referral volumes, customer health scores, conversion rates, upsells etc.
• Support finalist presentations and strategic key prospect meetings by serving as a subject matter expert on client partnership strategy, implementation, operations, reporting and ongoing strategic account management. Provide references as needed.
• Ability to communicate clinical outcomes, behavioral health value, and care delivery impact to healthcare stakeholders while navigating regulated healthcare environments.

• Consult with customers to build a customized strategy that drives understanding, utilization, and adoption of purchased products, bringing the value of their installation to life
• Design, plan, and execute utilization and adoption programs at large hospital accounts following video/OR1 installation
• Establish and track key customer metrics to drive utilization and build sustainable, custom growth plans across hospital enterprises
• Onboard, train, and educate physicians, clinicians, and users across all sites of care, expanding the user base for the product ecosystem

Implementation Specialist

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across Cloudflare's portfolio — Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms
• Build technical champions and executive relationships within target accounts
• Represent Cloudflare at industry events, developer communities, and cybersecurity conferences
• Serve as the primary technical contact from contract signature through full platform adoption
• Lead and oversee technical onboarding and implementation — you are the engineering relationship, not a handoff
• Proactively monitor customer health telemetry, resolve integration bottlenecks, and ensure rapid time-to-value
• Carry a variable quota tied directly to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth

Senior Customer Engineer, Digital Native Enterprise

• Lead end-to-end implementations for CMMS and multi-product customers, including CMMS, Safety, Fleet, Learn, Edge, Nova, and provider integrations.
• Serve as the primary project owner and strategic advisor, accountable for delivery quality, scope management, and on-time go-live success.
• Scope, plan, and lead implementation optimization projects, including re-deployments, phased rollouts, and advanced configuration use cases.
• Establish strong executive-level relationships with customer sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Mentor and coach Implementation Managers on consultative delivery, AI-assisted data formatting, and complex project execution.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Engineering to support new product launches, pilots, and advanced onboarding motions.

Senior Implementation Manager

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts (~$2–$3M in ARR) and carry the number for both gross revenue retention (GRR) and net revenue retention (NRR), proactively forecasting and de-risking every renewal.
• Drive deep, durable adoption of the Miter platform across payroll, HR, and finance workflows — monitoring health signals, building success plans, and intervening early to keep accounts on track to value.
• Identify, qualify, and advance Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) — surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into expansion revenue.
• Establish and deepen trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors (CEO, CFO, COO, VP of HR/Operations), running executive business reviews that tie Miter to measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain account plans for each customer — stakeholder maps, success metrics, value-realization roadmaps, and risk registers — and execute against them with clear milestones.
