About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead early clinical, operational, and technical workflow-discovery discussions.
Assess integration, image-routing, infrastructure, security, resourcing, dependency, and implementation risks before contracting.
Partner with Sales and Solutions Architecture to establish the preliminary implementation approach, scope, timeline, and client expectations.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cleerly for new and expanded clients in hospitals, health systems, cardiology practices and imaging centers, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Develop and manage project plans and timelines to drive successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in implementation management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Must have strong understanding of hospital, health system, and imaging center operations with a focus in EMR/ EHR integration and order sets.
