Account Manager

• Responsible for representing TEPEZZA to physicians and health care professionals
• Establishing product sales and performing total territory account management
• Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals
• Promotes TEPEZZA within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner
• Addresses issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement
• Develops strong customer relationships by better understanding the customer’s needs and goals

• Drive product demand among targets through education on disease state and product information

Account Manager – Specialty

• Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention
• Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure best in class customer service and benefit solutions delivered efficiently and effectively
• Facilitates client meetings to advise and advance resolution of open action items and/or provide routine status updates
• Facilitates the process for new benefit changes on behalf of client and provide direction on how those changes need to be implemented
• Responds to client inquiries, issues and concerns in a timely, concise and accurate manner
• Provides clients with system support and collaboration tools
• Supports client renewal activities in partnership with the Account Executive and Clinical Account Executive
• Supports clients by executing regular account maintenance such as reporting, member-specific requests, open enrollment support and other tasks as needed
• This role may require participation in conference calls, attendance at meetings or, travel outside of normal business hours
• Other duties as assigned

• Service day to day client needs including, fielding phone calls, email, and other communication relative to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewal process including obtaining updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the Producer and the client (where applicable) and invoicing
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in quote proposal
• Manage client relationship ensuring satisfaction
• Manage and delegate work as needed to Associate Account Managers I and II to ensure their progress and workload is appropriate
• Manage/Maintain relationships with underwriters to ensure positive results for clients, and negotiate coverage with underwriters
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, review of policies for accuracy and creation of client policy summaries and binders
• Responsible to set up and maintain electronic records
• Use best practices and internal broker standards for service and maintenance of client files and information
• Training and collaboration with team members to share and educate on coverage, exposures and client knowledge
• Other duties as assigned.

Account Manager, Commercial Lines

• Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products
• Demonstrate the proper surgical use of products to physicians
• Handle customer product questions and objections
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas

Territory Manager – Neurovascular

• Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.

• Lead commercial conversations with customers — pricing, renewals, and contract changes
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Services to deliver customer outcomes and drive issue resolution
• Contribute to building the AM function — refine playbooks, processes, and best practices, and provide feedback on what is and isn't working
