About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYN offices, pediatricians, pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, doulas, mental health professionals, chiropractors, fitness studios, and other family-focused businesses
  • Conduct regular outreach to establish new referral partnerships
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing partners
  • Deliver marketing materials and educational resources to partner locations
  • Represent New Mom School professionally within the local healthcare and parenting community
  • Coordinate and attend local networking opportunities
  • Support community events and partnership activations
  • Organize and facilitate lunch-and-learn presentations
  • Identify opportunities for collaborative workshops, events, and educational programming
  • Serve as a local ambassador for the New Mom School brand
  • Assist with planning and execution of studio events when needed
  • Coordinate partner participation in community and studio events
  • Help recruit and manage visiting experts and guest speakers
  • Support event logistics and relationship follow-up
  • Track outreach efforts and partnership activity
  • Maintain a database of referral partners and community contacts
  • Monitor referral opportunities and identify areas for growth
  • Provide regular updates on partnership activities and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in business development, community outreach, partnership development, provider relations, account management, or relationship-based sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with healthcare professionals and business owners
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
