Accounts Payable

• Process creditors’ invoices and resolve discrepancies for Oldmac Toyota, Springwood Mazda, and Redlands Motors
• Reconcile creditors’ accounts and sublet/parts clearing accounts
• Draw all payments for vendors, customer refunds, and trade payouts
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments
• Prepare analyses of creditor accounts upon request
• Issue vendor numbers and maintain vendor details within the Dealer Management System
• Manage monthly company Linkt accounts, process staff deductions, and liaise with payroll
• Reconcile weekly inter-company loan accounts
• Reconcile management credit cards and process staff/management reimbursements
• Perform other clerical duties as required

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging accounts, perform reconciliations, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate AR reports and analyses.
• Assist in month-end closings and financial statement preparation.
• Support process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.
