Executive Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting Nikki Katz in the day-to-day management of marketing, social media, database management and administrative operations
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across listings and business initiatives
- Upload and manage live listings across relevant platforms
- Create and publish website posts and updates
- Assist with marketing coordination, campaign scheduling and execution
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, professional and aligned with brand standards
- Update and schedule posts across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Assist with content planning and content rollout
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging and presentation
- Monitor engagement and support audience interaction where required
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms and campaigns
- Maintain and update Eagle CRM with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure client, prospect and listing information is current and organised
- Assist with database segmentation and contact management
- Support workflow and communication tracking within the CRM
- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support
- Assist with task coordination, follow-ups and scheduling
- Manage documents, templates and internal systems
- Support operational efficiency across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn
- Confident using CRM systems, ideally Eagle CRM
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI tools and improving efficiency through automation
- Experience in marketing, administration or real estate/business sales industries highly regarded
- Technical Requirements: Equipment is self-provided
