About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret and source parts requested by technicians and internal departments
Order parts accurately and efficiently to meet operational requirements
Respond to phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Support the Service Department with the timely supply of required parts
Liaise effectively with the Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse teams
Assist with internal business requirements as needed
Unpack stock orders and maintain a clean, organized parts department
Receive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveries
Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Complete additional duties as directed by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive dealership parts sales and parts interpreting
Experience working within a dealership parts department environment
Knowledge of automotive parts identification and ordering processes
Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently
Professional presentation and commitment to delivering quality work
Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills
Experience using ERA Systems
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
