About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, and databases) with an AI-first development approach
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
- Contribute to system architecture and continuously improve engineering standards
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Maintain proper documentation for systems, architecture, and workflows
- Support and mentor junior developers when needed
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Work closely with QA to improve test strategies and automation coverage
- Advocate for modern development practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in: React (with Tailwind CSS)
- Node.js and TypeScript
- Next.js (full-stack implementation)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and web services
- Experience with AWS or GCP and DevOps practices (e.g., Terraform)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
