• Own the regulatory roadmap for current and future markets, and translate requirements into clear plans and priorities.
• Build and scale a pragmatic compliance program (policies, controls, monitoring, training) across the company.

• Shape medical device and AI governance (EU MDR and FDA exposure; EU AI Act alignment), including risk management and documentation.

• Partner closely with Technical Support on more complex issues: gather the right details, translate customer context, and drive progress to resolution.
