Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in sales enablement or sales with a strong understanding of what drives team performance and learning
  • You speak German and have proficient English to support our customers in Germany and collaborate with the team
  • Passion for learning and development, with the ability to design engaging and effective training experiences
  • Curious and reflective mindset — you actively look for ways to uncover challenges and improve how things work
  • Strong communicator with an engaging presence — you energize others and make knowledge stick
  • Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like HubSpot or similar sales and enablement platforms
  • Resilience is one of your strengths — you see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
  • You work iteratively — you test, learn, and improve constantly instead of waiting for perfection
  • You value open communication and constructive feedback and contribute to a positive team culture
