About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a voize Coach/Trainer – Care Software you will take on the human side of the voize rollout in your region: you will train care teams onsite, support them in the daily use of the app, and help ensure that voize becomes an integral part of their everyday work — not just something that was tried once.
- Train care teams onsite in nursing homes and clinics in your region — using clear, practice-oriented language that fits their daily routines
- Help teams move from "tried once" to "an integral part of everyday work"
- Bring feedback from the frontline back to the voize team and help shape the ongoing development of product and training
- Meet care professionals at eye level — explain like someone who understands care, for people who work in care
Requirements
What you’ll need- A nursing background — you are studying nursing or health sciences, or have formal training or practical experience in care
- Flexible availability — as a working student, part-time employee, or alongside your main job or studies
- You enjoy explaining things, listening, and helping others feel confident with something new
- Curiosity about digital care, AI and modern documentation
- Willingness to support facilities in your region onsite — and you understand the reality of shift work: early shifts, handovers, documentation stress and everything that comes with it
