About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a voize Coach you take responsibility for the human side of the voize rollout in your region: you train nursing teams on-site, support them in the daily use of the app, and help voize become an integral part of their everyday work — not just something tried once.

- Help teams move from "tried once" to "an established part of daily practice."
- Bring feedback from the frontline back to the voize team and help shape the ongoing development of the product and training.
- Engage with nursing staff as equals — explain things like someone who understands nursing, for people who work in care.

- You enjoy explaining, listening, and helping others feel confident with something new.
- Curiosity about digital care, AI, and modern documentation.
- Willingness to support facilities in your region on-site — and you understand the realities of shift work: early shifts, handovers, documentation stress, and everything that comes with it.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Paid, flexible assignments — compatible with your studies, nursing job, or other commitments, with 1–10 days per month.
