Solution Consultant

Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact and product advocate
• Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, identifying and progressing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting
• Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities, open issues, adoption, and future roadmap needs
• Build strong, senior‑level stakeholder relationships, positioning Unit4 as a long‑term strategic partner
• Collaborate closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align customer needs with solution positioning and value realization
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene, including accurate forecasting, pipeline progression, and opportunity stage management
• Contribute to the U4F go‑to‑market strategy by bringing customer insights that shape product development and commercial execution.

Account Manager, Unit4 Financials

Sales

• Create systems, practices, and enablement that make our Account Executives and Solution Consultants more efficient and effective during the customer life cycle from presales to post sales.
• Be the liaison between Sales, Solution Consulting, Bid management, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to embed Buyer Enablement and drive adoption on tooling and practices to be used.
• Responsible for optimizing our buyer journey driving efficiency, standardizing best practices, and accelerating adoption of AI and modern methodologies.
• Define and run strategic buyer enablement initiatives.
• Champion the adoption of Buyer Enablement tooling and techniques through structured enablement.
• Build and maintain central repositories for demo assets, demo videos, situation slides, and discovery tools, organized by industry, persona, and process.
• Drive the rollout and training of Buyer Enablement tools such as Sales Copilot, Gong, Responsive and Consensus to enhance discovery, demoing and bid management.
• Lead change initiatives that foster a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Support regional heads in aligning SC processes and embedding Buyer Enablement initiatives.
• Track KPIs across the Got to Market (GTM) function, including enablement impact, tool adoption and adoption of new buyer enablement practices.
• Provide regular updates to the VP and leadership team on operational performance and improvement areas.

Team Lead – Sales Enablement

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead & scale a high‑performing sales organisation across key geographies, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and customer‑first thinking.
• Own the U4F revenue strategy — including territory design, sales motions, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and quota achievement.
• Drive sustainable ARR growth, balancing new customer acquisition with expansion and retention in our existing enterprise accounts.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure tight alignment and high‑quality execution.
• Represent U4F commercially, building senior‑level relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Champion modernisation and transformation, ensuring our sales approach reflects the product vision and evolving market expectations.
• Develop talent, supporting hiring, coaching, and career development as we build out the dedicated U4F team.

Sales Director, Unit4 Financials

• Progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and R&D, as appropriate.
• Provide operational support to both clients and internal team members in day-to-day activities.
• Investigate, process and document application defects passed to the Application Support team.
• Be pro-active in highlighting potential escalation risks with your Team Leader and co-ordinate any additional resource requirements to assist with investigation.
• Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues and always keep customers updated of progress.
• To comply with the Company’s information and Security Requirements and all Company Business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
• To investigate, document and present to the Customer Services Team Leader process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• To identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities and to raise these via the appropriate channels.
• You will be responsible for your own personal development plan which must include both product/technical knowledge as well as soft skill development.
• To train and mentor less experienced members of the team around product knowledge, skills and processes.
• Work in a team environment to help and assist colleagues.

Application Support Consultant

• Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities, business opportunities with existing S2C and ERP accounts: qualifying, progressing, and closing software/service revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospects and existing customers across multiple sectors and identify new opportunities within those markets.
• Manage the full life cycle of sales from generating leads, demonstrating the product, negotiating, and closing.
• Support the Growth Director and the sales team with client analysis including Territory and Account Plans Forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning for and with our S2C Growth Director and the sales team.
• Various ad-hoc tasks within business development, sales, and marketing, including supporting webinars
• Day to Day management of accounts including working with CSM community, Product and Support teams including Deal Desk on renewals and also escalations
