Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct experience building products in accounting or financial management software, FP&A and planning software, HR or recruiting solutions, or project and professional services management
  • You have shipped products used in these domains
  • You have mastered the full product lifecycle and have led and grown product managers
  • Deep fluency in how mid-market services organizations run their back office
  • Understanding product decisions drive ARR, win rate, and retention
