About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and drive the development of Financials solutions
- Maximize the value of the product by managing the product backlog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide tactical insights and historical data from previous projects
- Represent customer needs, priorities, and constraints in decisions
- Manage detailed requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with UX and engineering to develop prototypes
- Manage sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement
- Ensure features are developed as per requirements
- Monitor post-release performance metrics and gather feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or expense management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Figma
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial regulations
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
- Experience with expense management systems or financial software
- Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
