Project Manager

• Provide technical expertise to various stakeholders

Project Manager, Load Banks

Manager

• Preparing reports and recommending procedures to improve organizational performance
• Overseeing the overall integrity and quality of all Sunbelt Rentals safety protocols at individual profit centers within their assigned geographical area
• Conducting PC safety compliance inspections and audits in accordance with scheduled program utilizing dedicated audit criteria including employee training, facility regulatory compliance, vehicle fleet / DOT compliance, shop and equipment rental fleet compliance.
• Working with Profit Center Managers (PCM) to assign the correct Safety Coordinator to the location.
• Providing training and guidance to Safety Coordinators in each Profit Center to ensure a consistent approach is taken regarding policies and procedures.
• Identifying deficiencies found during inspections; providing written evaluation of inspection with corrective action requirements; assisting Profit Center Manager & Service Manager in mandating time period for completion of corrective actions.
• Responsible for delivering safety training modules to employees on an ongoing basis.
• Assisting PC Safety Coordinator as necessary with completion of required training, safety meeting coordination and completion, and maintenance of Safety Training & Documentation Manual.
• Responsible for tracking and trending PCs in their respected areas to identify which locations are adhering to the Sunbelt Rentals Leading Indicator Program and which areas need attention due an increase in lagging data.
• Responsible for working with Regional Vice President (RVP) to develop an annual strategic SH&E Business Plan addressing prior year performance of the Region as well as annual targets for the Calendar and Fiscal Year.
• Distributing a weekly report to their RVP and District Managers describing the number of Recordable and First Aid Injuries, Number of VIRs, Number of Near Misses, Trends in the Region.
• Leading monthly Safety Coordinator Phone Call for all Coordinators in the region.
• Developing agenda for and leading the annual Safety Coordinator Boot Camp in the Region
• Training and monitoring staff on Sunbelt Rentals Behavior Based Safety Tools.
• Supporting PCM and Safety Coordinator in the investigation of all incidents and appropriate near-misses while assisting the PCM in completion of reporting requirements and following up as necessary to support the claims managers.
• Active participation in PC monthly safety meetings, as well as providing assistance to PCM/Service Manager in conducting Safety Stand Down meetings.

Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of temporary structure construction projects, from design through completion.
• Supervise and train multiple supervisors and remote field crews, ensuring accountability and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate logistics, including crew travel, equipment, and material sourcing, to support seamless project execution.
• Communicate with sales, clients, engineers, and vendors to define project scope, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits (25% travel, approximately one week per month) and utilize project management tools for remote oversight.
• Additional travel as required.
• Enforce safety regulations, report incidents thoroughly, and promote a safe work environment.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation to track performance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely administrative tasks.
• Build relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry professionals to support project success and company growth.
• Facilitate training in safe equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, man-lifts) and maintain vehicles in safe condition.
• Analyze and resolve operational challenges to optimize team performance.
• Conduct staff meetings to align teams and share updates.
• Network with industry and local business communities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Sales

Field Service Technician – Level 2

• Manage Key Account Program - Set Quarterly Goals for KAR relevant to seasonality and market trends - Provide information and support for DMs to manage and support Key Accounts in their geographic area of responsibility.
• Based on the defined Go to Market strategy and the level of customer - Call on National, Strategic, and Key Account customers within the region to further develop the relationships with those customers and promote the products and services of Sunbelt Rentals while aiding in the further development of the Key Account program.
• Responsible for cross-leveraging and communicating assigned key account opportunities to other districts and regions within Sunbelt
• Sales Support - Work with RVP and DMs to develop and facilitate sales training initiatives. - Work with RVP on strategies relative to sales territory coverage, rate initiatives, fleet on rent goals, etc. - Work with DMs and PCMs on market specific sales strategies and implementation of those strategies. - Work with DMs, PCMs and Human Resources on recruitment, selection and development of OSRs. - Work with the Sales Support Team on creation and validation of sales territories. - Work with RVP, DMs, and PCMs on CSR development and support.
• Operational Support - Work with RVP on development, communication and implementation of Regional Go to Market strategies. - Support through DMs, PCMs, and SF the fleet rent ready standard through interaction with PCMs and Shop Foreman during PC visits. - Work with RVP and DMs to develop and implement facility appearance standards for all facilities in the region.

• Act as initial escalation for Canadian inquiries

• Respond to questions on administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels
• Provide general answers and solutions to inquiries and requests associated with human resources matters
• Ensure process excellence, compliance and effective service delivery of HR administrative programs
• Document intake from team members and escalate as needed by transferring the case to the appropriate resource

• Ability to travel 75% of the time with a multi week on/off schedule as business allows
• Ability to manage the logistics and service (or coordination of service) of up to 150+ pieces of equipment
• May have specialization in either Power HVAC *OR* Heavy Equipment, preferably in the service or operation
• Manage multiple types of equipment to ensure proper working condition at the jobsite. This may include Generators, Forklifts, Utility Vehicles, Light Towers
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for Sunbelt across multiple LOBs, coordinating labor/service teams as well as streamlined customer interaction
• Conduct site visits and advance assessments to ensure readiness and logistical feasibility as needed
