Account Executive

• Help grow our enterprise footprint and scale our base of delighted, loyal customers.
• Take full ownership of the sales process—from building and managing your pipeline to closing complex, consultative deals with large enterprises.
• Drive new business opportunities to expand our customer base by proactively prospecting, engaging with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
• Develop + execute a strategic plan of execution against named account list.
• Understand client needs deeply, align Statsig's solutions to their business objectives + shape decision criteria.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, sales engineering, enterprise engineering, leadership and product to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Stay updated with our product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to continuously adapt sales strategies and approaches for maximum impact.
• Closely engage with Account Management team to deliver unprecedented value and expand your book of business.
• Meet + exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Provide accurate forecasts (90% accuracy) and updates on all active accounts.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and to Seattle HQ.

Enterprise Account Executive

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Growth AEs, building a culture of accountability and high performance
• Drive outbound strategy, pipeline generation, and conversion in a velocity sales motion
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Success to accelerate customer acquisition and land-and-expand opportunities
• Lead by example by joining customer calls, helping reps sharpen discovery, and providing tactical coaching on deal strategy
• Run structured weekly deal reviews, forecast calls, and 1:1 coaching to ensure pipeline health and consistency
• Contribute to the culture, processes, and systems of a scaling sales organization

Growth Account Executive

Security Engineer

• Implement, maintain, and improve software architecture to decrease Statsig’s risk of security incidents.
• Identify, define, and deliver on key projects that enhance security operations by writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integrations, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Support test and deployment of new products and features.
• Contribute to collaborative code reviews; maintaining high standards of quality and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and drive strategic initiatives.
• Take a generalist approach to building security controls, balancing a mix of security expertise and broad technical skillsets to adapt to evolving challenges.
• Hands-on engineering and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects align with business objectives and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001, FEDRAMP, etc.).

Senior Software Engineer, Security

Solutions Engineer

• Provide technical leadership and expertise to prospects and customers adopting Statsig’s experimentation platform.
• Demonstrate the value of the product to prospective customers and conduct technical discovery calls to understand needs and pain points.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, proof of concepts, and proof of value evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on experimentation, feature management, and analytics product suites and conduct technical deep dives and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product features; provide feedback to product team and contribute to documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and provide technical support as required.

• Conduct technical discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their specific needs and pain points.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demos that showcase the value proposition of our product suite.

• Lead and grow the recruiting team: manage and mentor recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture
• Be a player-coach: directly own high-priority or hard-to-fill requisitions when needed
• Build and scale recruiting operations: design and improve processes for fast, high-quality hiring across all teams
• Drive headcount planning and org design: partner with finance and team leads to forecast, plan, and adjust hiring
• Optimize the recruiting tech stack: own ATS, sourcing tools, and reporting infrastructure
• Level up reporting and visibility: track and communicate key hiring metrics and insights
• Own employer brand: shape external brand and storytelling in partnership with marketing and design

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
• Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers across engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams; reports to the Business & Operations Manager.

Go-to-Market Recruiter

Product Designer

• Take full ownership of a product area and drive execution, delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions that define product vision
• Own meaningful surfaces within Statsig’s core Experimentation, Feature Flagging, and Analytics products
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing direction and defining goals for your product area
• Mentor and coach other designers; contribute to recruiting, design system standards, and team culture
• Establish goals, track and measure metrics, and keep your team accountable on deliverables
• Up-level folks around you, with a relentless focus on doing what’s right for the company and product

Senior Product Designer

What You’ll Do:

Compensation & Team Structure:
Total compensation will be a mix of salary and equity with a base salary of $125k-$140k. This position reports to the Business & Operations Manager (Julie Leary) and works closely with hiring managers across all teams.
