Recruitment

• Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
• Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers across engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams; reports to the Business & Operations Manager.
