About the role
- Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
- Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers across engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams; reports to the Business & Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a mix of sourcing and full cycle.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to find and engage candidates.
- Specifically focused on Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing etc.).
- Experience hiring in a fast-moving environment (startup, SaaS company, or high-growth team).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using them to inform decision-making.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruiting challenges.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week, full time from our Bellevue, WA office (non-negotiable).
