Requirements
8+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in leadership roles, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech companies
Experience scaling recruiting teams and building infrastructure to support high growth
Familiarity with recruiting tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-powered sourcing platforms
Global recruiting experience with understanding of international hiring practices and cultural considerations
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Remote-first leadership experience with demonstrated success in building culture and managing distributed teams
