About the role
- Lead and develop a team of engaged recruiting professionals who strategically deliver on business hiring needs with speed and quality.
- Proactively partner with business and HR leadership to understand future plans, recruiting implications of these plans, and develop effective strategies to attract, assess, and hire in a differentiated way.
- Drive results and accountability for team and individual performance goals with a clear focus on metrics and data and invest in continuous development around the skills and competencies of your team.
- Build connectivity between and across TA, People org, and business to deliver a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead with data, analytics, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence and systems capable of scaling.
- Be informed and curious about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance the recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 5 years in managing a team of tenured recruiters and sourcers
- 7 years of HR/Recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in utilizing data and metrics to drive decision making
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and TA technologies
- Experience building inclusive teams, managing performance, and managing expectations through ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against a target and manage to performance
- Exceptional proficiency in situational and data judgment, results orientation, operational excellence, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional consulting, collaborating, conflict management, and coaching skills
