About the role

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Full-cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruiting Metrics: Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines. We’re growing fast but staying scrappy - our ideal recruiter is hands-on, creative, and ready to make an impact from day one. Compensation & Team Structure: Total compensation will be a mix of salary and equity with a base salary of $125k-$140k. This position reports to the Business & Operations Manager (Julie Leary) and works closely with hiring managers across all teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a mix of sourcing and full cycle.
  • Experience hiring in a fast-moving environment- whether at a startup, SaaS company, or high-growth team. You don’t just fill roles- you find the right people, build strong hiring pipelines, and improve recruiting processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to find and engage candidates.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using them to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruiting challenges.
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days a week, full time from our San Francisco office.
