Pricing Analyst

• Develop and manage the Nordic pricing ecosystem, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing for Consumer Loans across all markets.
• Analyze market pricing (interest rates and fees) in all Nordic markets, identifying gaps and modelling price sensitivity to support recommendations.
• Lead and refine segmentation and pricing frameworks for new business, ensuring consistent methodology and alignment with regulatory and risk guidelines.
• Suggest price and fee changes for both new and existing portfolio customers (within the regulatory framework), based on performance, profitability, and customer behavior.
• Maintain pricing dashboards, prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior stakeholders, and ensure recommendations and documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
• Drive further automation of the pricing methodology
• Act as backup for the local Product Manager to support continuity during absences.

• Supporting the wider Origination team of IF Specialists to drive the business forward
