About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, interpret, and respond to court orders and competent authority requests, sometimes involving challenging deadlines
- Take inbound calls from a wide range of Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and competent Authorities over the phone to share high level intel and provide steer if a voluntary request or legally mandated court order is appropriate.
- Assist setting up cases onto case management system (COU Appian)
- Escalating any risks, issues or errors, priority cases as required.
- Be flexible with the type of work undertaken as needed and respond to urgent cases as required, to support the management team meet team objectives and ensure Santander is compliant with legally mandated deadlines/ requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with Court Orders or background interpreting lengthy or complex documents / case to then interpret level of response. (required)
- Demonstrable experience of producing highly detailed and accurate responses in writing (required)
- At least 1 years experience using Santander’s core systems such as partenon, Boxi, Lynx (required)
- Previous experience training, coaching or leading team (preferred)
- Working knowledge of court orders and how to respond to these (preferred)
- Experience in writing formal responses (preferred)
- Use of Santander Financial Crime Systems and multiple core/ customer/ account systems (required)
- Standard MS Excel/Word (required)
