Event Sales Team Manager

Account Executive

• Generate and close new UKI clients for our outstanding web-based technology as a specialist in Business travel and expenses management.
• Focus on selling to large SMB - MM clients that sit primarily within the £550K - £1.4M GMV bracket.
• Ability to understand our target prospects' needs, quantify their pain points and conduct high-level, relevant discussions with various stakeholders within each org, from Office Managers, Procurement to CFOs, explaining how the Perk Value Proposition aligns to their needs.
• Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult the individual SaaS solutions.
• Present product demos, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and follow-up until closing the deal.
• Own the total sales process from the first touchpoint to contract negotiations.
• Master the sales forecast as well as the tactical planning.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
• Help define and establish best practices together with wider TK teams.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
• Drive own pipeline through Perk customer acquisition channels (own OB + encourage IB, SP & support SDR function).

Senior Sales Executive

• Be the leader of MICE Specialists and engage the members of your team:
• Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
• Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
• Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.
• Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople; have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
• Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
• Act as the escalation point for your team
• Identify and translate strategic insights into operational improvements
• Oversee sales results reporting and deep-dive performance analysis, sharing key insights with leadership

MICE Manager – 12 months FTC

Marketing

• Maintain and enhance a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy that identifies, nurtures, and leverages Perk customers as advocates and their role in delivering growth.
• Enhance the case study/testimonial programme to amplify the excitement of our customers and demonstrate the realised economic value within their businesses.
• Work with integrated marketing, social media, sales, and other x-functional partners to own the distribution of such content through the customer lifecycle.
• Develop and roll-out Perk customer referral & customer reference programs.
• Maintain and improve upon marketing programmes/mechanisms to encourage positive reviews, improving presence on sites such as Capterra & G2.
• Establish a strategy for an active and engaged Customer Community, fostering peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
• Managing our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) that aims to gather feedback and co-create solutions with Perk’s most strategic customers.
• Act as the main bridge between marketing and account management in leveraging customer advocates within marketing activity i.e. spokespeople at events.
• Monitor against KPIs for the impact of the customer advocacy program.

Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Data Analyst

• Work with other Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists and Engineers in our team to generate advanced analysis that answers key business questions and unlocks opportunities.
• Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight and insight into decisions
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, experiments and analyses to track and assess the impact of new initiatives and features.
• Develop data frameworks and products to drive insights and behavioural analysis.

Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of SMB (small and medium) customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with your contact and key decision makers within your accounts.
• Gain a deep understanding of your customers business and be able to leverage this information to ensure that the customer maximises their usage of Perk.
