What you’ll need
  • Senior engineers are expected to go beyond the technical solution and focus on the problem itself.
  • Understand customer pains with our product team.
  • Comfortable taking a set of customer-facing pages from design handoff through to shipped, polished product.
  • Comfortable leading design documents that lay the foundation for big changes in platform architecture.
  • Define and uphold engineering excellence, including CI/CD optimizations, testing strategies, and coding standards across the frontend stack.
  • Lead observability and frontend performance monitoring.
  • Comfortable translating complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
