About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone — promptly and professionally
Analyze errors and resolve issues, including providing clear information and follow-up
Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
Independently handle incoming customer requests, including creating tickets for internal tracking
Take responsibility for follow-up until reported incidents or errors are resolved
Handle customer inquiries from Germany, Switzerland, and across Europe
Serve as an internal first point of contact for operational knowledge of our software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in finance and/or accounting is a plus
Experience handling a high volume of external customer inquiries and internal team follow-ups is a plus
Ability to manage a variety of high-frequency tasks
Structured and detail-oriented working style
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
