• Responsible for the concept creation and process development for multiple brands, under the guidance of Sr. Manager and Design Leadership
• Has a clear understanding of brand aesthetics, seasonal product priorities, and current business needs to quickly adapt and tailor work that supports business objectives
• Builds brand‑specific seasonal color palettes that align with brand DNA and directional research in collaboration with Design Leadership
• Manages complexity by owning timelines and due dates for multiple concurrent deliverables across overlapping seasons, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time

• Design & develop innovative solutions to drive Nordstrom business.
• Have a passion for writing clean, consistent, and elegant code to create scalable and reliable systems
• Contribute towards moving the team forward in leading edge processes like continuous integration, continuous delivery, cloud migration and test-driven development
• Work with defect tracking, source code control and software release systems to ensure high-quality software releases over time
