About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to product planning and prioritization for the inbound warehouse and fulfillment product area
  • Maintain a roadmap and feature backlog grounded in clear rationale
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Help shape testing strategy alongside engineering
  • Partner with engineering and business teams to balance customer value, technical effort, and risk
  • Define a measurement plan and adjust the product based on learnings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience
  • Background in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience presenting technical solutions or business cases in a matrixed organization
  • Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity for discovery work on new technology implementations
  • Genuine interest in developing supply chain and inventory product management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
