About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders and participate in weekly leadership meetings
Analyze and track P&L performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Identify trends, communicate insights, and recommend shifts to ensure transparency and accountability
Lead monthly business reviews and in-year outlooks
Partner with leaders on annual planning, scenario analysis, and investment business cases
Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives for supported portfolios
Partner with centralized FP&A on forecasting models, consolidation, and reporting
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement on capitalization, expense treatment, vendor considerations, and financial governance
Drive process improvement, automation, and forecasting discipline across Technology and Product portfolios

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree; finance or economics preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles
Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, ideally in Technology, Engineering, or Product organizations
Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including SmartView-enabled Excel environments
Experience with Oracle-based ERP systems, SmartView, and Workday
Exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx is a plus
