About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders and participate in weekly leadership meetings
  • Analyze and track P&L performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Identify trends, communicate insights, and recommend shifts to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Lead monthly business reviews and in-year outlooks
  • Partner with leaders on annual planning, scenario analysis, and investment business cases
  • Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives for supported portfolios
  • Partner with centralized FP&A on forecasting models, consolidation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement on capitalization, expense treatment, vendor considerations, and financial governance
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and forecasting discipline across Technology and Product portfolios

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree; finance or economics preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles
  • Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, ideally in Technology, Engineering, or Product organizations
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including SmartView-enabled Excel environments
  • Experience with Oracle-based ERP systems, SmartView, and Workday
  • Exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx is a plus
