Product Manager

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the billing & subscriptions platform, aligned with company growth goals
• Lead complex initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams (discovery → delivery → rollout → iteration)
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria; manage dependencies and trade-offs
• Own billing and subscription lifecycle flows including activation, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, refunds, invoicing, collections, and dispute scenarios
• Improve the billing experience for both merchants and internal teams (support, operations, finance, sales)
• Enable flexible platform capabilities for pricing modules and tariff management, in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
• Ensure the platform can scale across multiple European markets while meeting local regulatory and invoicing requirements
• Use data and feedback to prioritize improvements and reduce friction across the billing/subscription journey

Senior Product Manager – Billing & Subscriptions

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for myPOS SoftPOS solutions
• Define and deliver features that enable merchants to accept contactless payments via smartphones and mobile devices
• Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable SoftPOS capabilities aligned with PCI CPoC / MPoC requirements and card scheme standards
• Collaborate with payments, acquiring, and compliance teams to ensure product readiness across markets
• Translate merchant, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
• Manage integrations with payment platforms, SDKs, device manufacturers, and partner applications
• Monitor product performance through KPIs such as adoption, transaction volumes, merchant usage, and conversion
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant experience, onboarding, and payment flows
• Work with commercial and marketing teams to support product launches, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends in tap-to-phone technology, mobile payments, and payment acceptance innovation

Product Manager – SoftPOS

• You’ll own the roadmap end to end: designing and delivering smart, effective controls across payments, cards, and business accounts, and creating the internal tools our risk teams use to spot and stop threats throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Be curious and think from first principles to identify the highest impact opportunities to protect myPOS and our customers from fraud and financial crime.
• Turn complex ideas into clear, testable requirements that align teams and deliver results.
• Design scalable systems that detect and prevent fraud across payments, cards, transfers, and account security.
• Work with Data and Engineering to automate anti-financial crime controls intelligently, using analytics and machine learning where they add value.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to turn regulation and best practices into smart, scalable solutions.
• Challenge outdated processes and drive simplification and automation.
• Promote a pragmatic, risk-aware culture across product and business teams.
• Stay curious about the payments landscape - from card schemes to digital wallets - to keep us ahead of emerging risks.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Manage priorities confidently to protect focus and quality.
