About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, structure and lead a network of high-performing independent sales representatives
- Support, coach and develop your team to maximize their performance
- Define and drive the regional sales strategy
- Monitor performance and adjust actions accordingly
- Support your teams on strategic opportunities
- Build relationships with local partners
- Represent myPOS at events and client meetings
- Provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing field sales teams
- Strong track record of meeting commercial targets
- Experience working with field teams or independent sales agents
- Ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams
- Hunter mentality with strong leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership based on trust and empowerment
- English level B2
