About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, structure and lead a network of high-performing independent sales representatives
  • Support, coach and develop your team to maximize their performance
  • Define and drive the regional sales strategy
  • Monitor performance and adjust actions accordingly
  • Support your teams on strategic opportunities
  • Build relationships with local partners
  • Represent myPOS at events and client meetings
  • Provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing field sales teams
  • Strong track record of meeting commercial targets
  • Experience working with field teams or independent sales agents
  • Ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams
  • Hunter mentality with strong leadership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership based on trust and empowerment
  • English level B2
