Card Product Manager – Proposition Manager
myPOSProduct Manager for fintech defining card propositions and value-added services for myPOS. Hands-on role collaborating with leadership and teams across product, partnerships, and engineering.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define future debit tiers, Premier upsell tier, and a credit card MVP
- Produce detailed product specs and tier-level P&L models
- Scope value-added services including insurance and rewards
- Lead partner evaluation and RFP processes
- Conduct customer research and competitor teardowns
- Support delivery roadmap planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of experience in card product or card proposition roles
- Strong SMB or commercial card experience
- Strong card economics fluency including interchange, scheme fees, FX, and funding costs
- Experience running partner selection end-to-end
- Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, merchant services, or other financial services environments
- Strong written communication skills
