About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to shipment through our logistics partner
  • Prepare invoices and documentation - the numbers need to close, no approximating, and keep inventory levels under control
  • Coordinate daily with the logistics partner on shipments, deliveries and returns
  • Make sure what arrives at the customer's door is what they actually ordered
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Support and Finance
  • Manage sales and orders of additional terminals for existing myPOS customers
  • Monitor online reviews and comments, and know when a case needs a commercial follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English for internal tools and communication
  • Interest in logistics and operational processes
  • A collaborative mindset and appetite to grow in a dynamic environment
