About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to shipment through our logistics partner
- Prepare invoices and documentation - the numbers need to close, no approximating, and keep inventory levels under control
- Coordinate daily with the logistics partner on shipments, deliveries and returns
- Make sure what arrives at the customer's door is what they actually ordered
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Support and Finance
- Manage sales and orders of additional terminals for existing myPOS customers
- Monitor online reviews and comments, and know when a case needs a commercial follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good command of English for internal tools and communication
- Interest in logistics and operational processes
- A collaborative mindset and appetite to grow in a dynamic environment
