Software Development Architect

Technical Writer

• Produce a variety of content
• Nurture and help customers, employees and partners optimally use our products and services (including Release Notes, User Guides/Manuals, Known Issues and Troubleshooting Collateral, Webinars and Videos)
• Present information and instructions in a clear and concise way
• Ensure greatest reader comprehension and write and edit technical information accordingly
• Prepare graphics and illustrations
• Elaborate on & complement technical writing, including screenshots, flow charts and diagrams.
• Meet with stakeholders including customers
• Discuss technical problems in order to produce content which addresses their issue
• Work closely with the Product Team
• Ensure that documentation meets product requirements

• Shape deal strategy in partnership with Account Executives, including: Business problem framing, Success criteria definition, Executive messaging and narrative
• Partner on RFP/RFI responses to uniquely position Kantata as the best vendor to solve customers challenges and provide improved business outcomes
• Deliver high-impact, consultative demonstrations that connect customer objectives to differentiated value
• Conduct discovery that uncovers: Organizational structure and decision dynamics, Revenue models and growth strategies, Operational challenges, constraints, and KPIs
• Apply strong industry and customer understanding to anticipate objections and guide solution design
• Translate customer complexity into clear, compelling solution narratives

Accounts Receivable

• Support Accounts Receivable for day-to-day sales invoicing and credit control.
• Prepare receivable reconciliations for Accounts Receivable Manager review.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with cash collections, note taking and other related tasks.
• Assist Accounts Receivable in managing the AR ageing reports.
• Daily bank postings and reconciliations.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Prepare quarterly Group VAT returns for the UK entities.
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to verify the VAT data.
• Prepare monthly US Sales Tax returns and present them to Group Controller before submission.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and tasks.

• Route qualified opportunities to the sales team by setting appointments
• Maintain consistent and meaningful prospect outreach via phone, email, and social platforms using Kantata’s tools
• Maintain consistent collaboration with your Account Executive on execution of territory, account, and contact planning
• Possess a strong understanding of Kantata’s platform, the target market, competition and positioning
• Exceed monthly quota of qualified appointments
