• Design and develop high-quality instructional content and eLearning curriculum tailored to evolving product features.
• Create and maintain eLearning content and structure using authoring tools and Kantata’s LMS.
• Validate content with key stakeholders and develop new materials to support Kantata’s student base.
• Deliver custom product training to clients and employees via virtual, on-site, classroom, and webinar formats.
• Engage with clients to understand desired education outcomes, develop relevant agendas, and deliver training that supports Kantata implementation and drives product adoption.
• Assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Kantata’s LMS.
• Lead and participate in initiatives related to training methodology, standards, systems, and best practices.
• Represent Training in cross-functional internal projects, influencing outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
