• Serve as the North America Enterprise segment leader for Kantata Professional Services, owning delivery outcomes and team performance across the region.
• Represent Professional Services as part of the PS leadership team, providing input on organizational direction, surfacing what's working and what isn't, and shaping product and methodology decisions.
• Partner closely with sales and presales teams to ensure the right solution is being proposed to customers — and that the delivery organization is prepared to deliver it successfully.
• Serve as the delivery director on all projects within the segment, personally ensuring customer success, adoption, and business results are delivered.

Senior Solutions Engineer

Consultant

• Design and build scalable solutions using languages such as .NET (C#/VB.NET), Ruby, Java, or similar technologies.
• Lead data migration and integration efforts by gathering requirements, documenting business and technical specifications, configuring and building system integrations, supporting client UAT, and resolving integration issues.
• Facilitate discussions around solution architecture, system landscape, and integrations with third-party applications such as Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, and Intacct
• Develop a strong understanding of Kantata’s technology stack, solution offerings, and the industries we serve.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and clients to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and meet quality standards
• Analyze complex business challenges, align solutions with Kantata capabilities, and ensure proposed implementations drive measurable business value
• Deliver client solutions using Kantata’s professional services methodology.
• Partner with the Project Manager to define roles, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables within the technical workstream

• Review and approve solution scoping documents, ensuring alignment prior to architectural review

Senior Consultant, Technical Services

Support Engineer

• Troubleshooting/investigation of customer-reported issues and questions
• Communication and analysis of relevant concepts, configuration setups and product information

• Drive the strategy of the Client solution, relative processes, configurations, and add ons to provide a Remarkable Client Experience

• Collaborate with the project team and client to understand all technical aspects and ensure the quality of deliverables

• Understand our clients’ business requirements and objectives while ensuring alignment with Kantata's solution
• Drive deployment activities such as requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting and resolution, change management, and training
