• Develop client relationships and provide high-quality U.S. tax preparation, planning, and audit representation services to U.S. expat clients through a virtual tax platform
• Analyze tax information provided by expatriate tax clients to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for U.S. taxpayer clients
• Follow internal guidelines for review and referral of tax returns
• Manage engagements of 275-600 expat tax clients during the tax season while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist clients that are out of compliance with their U.S. income tax and account reporting requirements to participate in disclosure programs offered by the IRS
• Leverage internal resources to resolve unclear tax issues presented by clients
• Assist in transitioning acquired clients to H&R Block brand
• Develop or leverage prior global experience, education, or insights to build rapport and provide a well-rounded service to clients in devoted country/countries
• Remain current with company policies and procedures related to tax preparation and offering other financial products
• Attend training required for the position
• Develop high-level knowledge of foreign tax and financial systems in devoted country/countries to enhance client experience
