About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end user experiences and product workflows
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers
Participate in user research and usability testing
Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration
Translate customer and business needs into intuitive product experiences
Use AI tools in design and prototyping
Contribute to product strategy and experience direction for a new digital product
Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation and delivery
Continuously improve experiences based on user insights and product learnings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including flows, interaction design, and visual craft
Experience designing and testing prototypes with real users
Ability to translate research findings into design decisions
Ability to work in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management
Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting work to stakeholders and leadership
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive loosely defined problems toward validated design directions
Experience designing AI-powered or conversational product experiences (preferred)
Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (preferred)
Background in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries (preferred)
Experience contributing to or working within an enterprise design system (preferred)
Familiarity with moderated and unmoderated research methods (preferred)
Experience supporting new product initiatives from concept through launch (preferred)
