Accounting Manager

• Embed into the Company’s Corporate Accounting function, establishing and maintaining an understanding of the associated accounting business processes
• Coordinate and support the Accounting team’s SOX compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

• Design and oversee a robust program for management of significant consumer complaints, ensuring that feedback is categorized, investigated, and remediated in accordance with regulatory expectations and internal SLAs. Analyze complaint trends to identify systemic issues and partner with the Operations and Product teams to implement root-cause solutions.
