Attorney

• Own and scale Cyera’s legal operations function, with a primary focus on commercial and vendor contracting workflows.
• Act as the system owner for Ironclad, including implementation, configuration, optimization, integrations, reporting, and ongoing administration.
• Design, build, and continuously improve end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, from intake and triage through execution, storage, and renewal.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, clause libraries, playbooks, approval matrices, and fallback positions to support efficient contracting at scale.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including MSAs, SaaS contracts, channel/reseller agreements, sponsorships, vendor agreements and more.

• Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial matters, with a focus on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
