About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead Cyera’s global sales compensation strategy
  • Architect compensation frameworks, incentive structures, and SPIFF programs
  • Oversee end-to-end governance of commission processes
  • Optimize CaptivateIQ and related systems to enable data-driven insights
  • Partner with senior leaders in Sales and RevOps
  • Provide executive-level guidance on complex deal structures
  • Build and develop a high-performing global compensation team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading global sales compensation programs at scale (hundreds of reps)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation structures involving splits, hierarchies, deal-level exceptions, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise with CaptivateIQ (or similar systems, such as Xactly, Varicent, and Anaplan)
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of global compensation compliance, governance frameworks, and best practices
  • Ability to bring structure, discipline, and clear processes to fast-moving, rapidly evolving organizations
  • Track record of scaling compensation operations in high-growth companies
  • Built teams, scaled processes, and operated at enterprise-level complexity
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
