Key responsibilities & impact

Build and run the full 360° customer marketing program
Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of customer champions
Own the analyst and public review presence across review platforms
Run customer recognition programs
Launch and grow a branded customer community
Design and run always-on lifecycle campaigns
Establish and run Cyera's Customer Advisory Board and a dedicated CXO community
Plan and deliver customer-facing experiences
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing customer marketing team
Define the KPIs that matter and report results to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience
10+ years building and leading customer marketing, advocacy, or community programs
Experience designing and operating an executive program such as a Customer Advisory Board
People leadership experience
Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Comfort owning a data-driven story
Excellent storytelling and executive presence
Security industry experience is a strong plus.
