• Execute integrated GTM campaigns across digital, lifecycle, partnerships, and community channels

Marketing Manager, TCG & Pop Culture

Manager

• Independently lead all phases of quantitative/qualitative research, from design, recruitment, fieldwork, moderation and reporting out to key stakeholders
• Own the CSAT and brand health tracking programs, monitoring key metrics like brand/feature awareness, satisfaction and perceptions to key stakeholders
• Lead custom, primary research like card collecting attitudes & usage studies, concept testing, competitive analyses, churn analyses and more
• Monitor industry trends, product launches, positioning, partnerships, pricing, customer engagement, etc. within the card collecting hobby

Market Research Manager

Director, TCG & Pop Culture Marketing

• Event Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Drop-Off event strategies with the Drop Off Events Manager that are aligned with Collectors' objectives, for Drop-Off Events with significant brand presence
• Event Planning: Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor management (if necessary), and the development of event timelines for a wide range of Drop–Off Events
• Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event marketing plans are aligned with overall marketing strategies, encompassing pre-event, on-site, and post-event efforts
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including card shop owners, industry partners, vendors, collectors, and the Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure the successful execution of events

Security Engineer

• Security Design Reviews/Threat Models: Ensure security guardrails are integrated into our platforms by conducting thorough reviews of design, implementations and code
• Collaboration and Engineering Guidance: Provide proactive guidance and education to platform engineering and product teams on available security controls and their appropriate use to help prevent vulnerabilities, striving for secure by default paradigms
• Partner with platform engineering and product teams to identify the appropriate remediations and compensating controls, sometimes getting creative when the "textbook remediation" is not viable
• Expertise in Cloud Security: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering cloud security expertise to enable platform engineering and product teams to make informed decisions
• Automated Analysis and Secure Frameworks: Scale security efforts by integrating automation for the identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities
• Empower platform engineering teams through automation, security guidance, tooling, patterns, and training to scale security practices across the organization

Cloud Security Engineer

• Be available to travel and work trade shows and other events at least twice per month, on average, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and breakdown CCTV equipment at various venues to ensure comprehensive Security coverage.
• Provide secure transportation to and from venues, ensuring safe delivery and adherence to all Security protocols.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and the public at trade show events, offering assistance and information while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitoring for any unusual activity, and be prepared to respond promptly to Security incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs of Security activities, incidents, and camera footage reviews.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
• Work closely with other Security team members, event staff, and local law enforcement agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
• Secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment and access points.
