About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Embed within a specific business function to identify high-value problems where AI can reduce cost, time, or friction
Build working prototypes rapidly and iterate with real users

Build and ship AI solutions end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through production, adoption, and measured impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience deploying at least one agentic or AI-powered solution to real users
Daily fluency with Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI models
Ability to prototype full-stack, wire up APIs, and build agents independently
Multi-year track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact
Ability to work hands-on with a strong bias toward shipping
Product-minded approach focused on business outcomes and measurable success
Ability to translate business pain into scoped, shippable software
Ability to measure outcomes and business value
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Strong communication across operators, engineers, and executives
Active tracking of the latest AI models, tools, and techniques
Legal authorization to work in the United States, validated through e-Verify
