About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing strategies for each show
- Manage campaign timelines tied to hard event deadlines
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, show organizers, and cross-functional teams to promote services and special promotions
- Apply audience segmentation and community engagement to reach collectors and hobby audiences
- Plan onsite execution, including signage deadlines, print production, installation schedules, and attendee flow
- Measure engagement, lead generation, traffic, conversion, event attendance, and ROI
- Collect data and apply it to marketing strategy
- Report on methods and results for customer acquisition and retention after shows
- Champion company policies, including safety, attendance, and security
- Report to the Manager, Events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports/collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations
- At least 2–3 years’ experience working in a marketing agency
- Experience using CRM platforms and project management software
- Comfortable working in fast-paced onsite environments with shifting priorities
- Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly
- Collaborative with other departments and self-directed
- A valid, unexpired passport is required to apply
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
