• Own features end-to-end — from product requirements and design discussions to architecture, implementation, testing, and monitoring
• Work with large datasets and workflow-heavy systems to support core logistics operations
• Improve reliability and observability across the stack, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and documentation

• Build high-quality, performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Own features end-to-end — from design discussions and architectural decisions to implementation, testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to create intuitive user experiences that solve real customer workflows
• Contribute to frontend architecture, component design, state management, and performance improvements
• Improve reliability and observability across the frontend, including testing, logging, and monitoring practices
• Work closely with backend engineers to design and consume APIs that power core product features
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and engineering rituals that help us scale effectively
• Help shape frontend engineering standards, patterns, and best practices as the team grows

Executive Assistant

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, time, and information flow to maximize focus and execution.
• Own complex scheduling across time zones, balancing internal priorities with external meetings and commitments.
• Drive operational follow-through by tracking decisions, action items, and key initiatives to ensure progress doesn’t stall.
• Plan and coordinate domestic travel with precision, discretion, and flexibility.
• Support the operating rhythm of the company by helping organize leadership meetings, board prep, offsites, and company-wide updates.
• Draft, edit, and manage communications, presentations, and documents that reflect the CEO’s voice and Augment’s values.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Partner closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to keep the organization aligned and moving forward.
• Build and maintain organizational systems and processes that improve executive effectiveness and company-wide execution.
• Anticipate problems before they arise and proactively propose solutions—no task too big, no detail too small.
