Sales Leader

Account Executive

• Own a defined commercial territory or named account list within the fleet segment
• Run high-velocity, shorter-cycle deals (typically 30–60 days) from outbound to close
• Conduct discovery calls with private fleet operators and for-hire carriers to identify where Augie can automate dispatch, tracking, billing, and collections
• Deliver compelling product demos, often independently

• Own a defined mid-market fleet territory and build pipeline through both inbound and outbound motions using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, and 6sense intent signals to prioritize accounts
• Run multi-threaded deals (typically 60–120 day cycles) across fleet operations, safety, IT, and Finance typically engaging Directors of Fleet Operations, VPs of Transportation, and Controllers/CFOs
• Conduct deep discovery to understand dispatch workflows, driver management challenges, and where Augie can automate quoting, dispatch, tracking, billing, and collections

Implementation Specialist

• As an Implementation Manager at Augment, you will serve as both a leader and an individual contributor, directly owning end-to-end customer onboarding while simultaneously coaching and developing a team of Customer Success Representatives (CSRs).
• Your objective will be to manage workflow go-lives through meticulous project planning and technical implementation—driving adoption, improving product satisfaction, and collaborating directly with B2B distribution organizations (e.g., distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers) to integrate AI-driven automation into their operational workflows.
• Be proactive about scoping, executing, and coordinating all implementation activities with external and internal stakeholders with minimal oversight.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CSRs to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee customer go-live and hypercare processes, ensuring fast response times and effective issue resolution.
• Standardize training and best practices to help CSRs enhance customer onboarding and ongoing support.

• Run live product demos of Augie tailored to each prospect's specific workflows, pain points, and tech stack -- no canned slideshows
• Partner with AEs on discovery calls to ask the right technical questions and uncover what really matters to the buyer
• Own the technical track of the sales cycle: RFPs, security questionnaires, infosec reviews, and vendor assessments
• Map prospect requirements to Augment's capabilities and be honest when there's a gap
• Field deep-dive technical questions from IT, operations, and engineering stakeholders at prospect accounts across both ICP segments (brokerages/carriers and private fleets)

• You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers — building real solutions that prove value fast and scale in production.

• Drive roadmap for call experience: voice quality, latency budgets, interruption/turn-taking, prompt composability, evals
