• Own a defined territory or vertical and build a pipeline from the ground up

Account Executive – Distribution

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for named fleet accounts, from outbound prospecting through close
• Drive multi-threaded sales motions across operations, safety, IT, and finance leaders
• Run deep discovery to understand fleet workflows, operational bottlenecks, and economic impact
• Close complex, high-value enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting and strategic account penetration into large private fleets and for-hire carriers
• Open doors at large private fleets and for-hire carriers, and expand footprint over time
• Develop account strategies that align Augment’s value to fleet KPIs such as utilization, safety, downtime, and cost per mile
• Operate with a builder mindset: help refine ICP, messaging, talk tracks, and sales process
• Create and improve sales assets as needed (collateral, ROI narratives, discovery frameworks)
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap input
• Share market insights and patterns that help shape Augment’s GTM strategy

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Solutions Engineer

• Engage with Customers – Serve as a key point of contact, identifying operational challenges and opportunities where AI Assistants can drive value. Collaborate with customers to quantify impact and define success metrics.
• Design and build integrations between Merlin and third-party ERP systems (P21, Eclipse, SAP, Infor, NetSuite, and others) using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data transformation pipelines
• Partner with customers during onboarding to understand their ERP configuration, data models, and business workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications and lead end-to-end implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across authentication, data mapping, and connectivity layers
• Document integration patterns and contribute to a reusable library of ERP connector frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the integration roadmap

Distribution Integrations Engineer

Product Manager

• Seek truth. Go onsite; shadow users; get user feedback; act as a user all in search of the truth. Use that knowledge to build the product vision.
• Write detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven agents for the logistics world by working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams.
• Oversee implementations with a few customers and devise implementation plans for scale deployment, including self-onboarding and self-serve help.
• Work closely with the founders and commercial organization on go-to-market plans and pricing.

• Inform the product roadmap and shape our market POV

• Create the core assets that power GTM

Backend Engineer

• Build AI assistants for logistics by designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving pragmatic software.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Be a full business owner: shape the foundation of the product and business that you work on.
• Actively learn new languages, techniques, and methodologies.
• Contribute actively to code reviews and design reviews.

Implementation Specialist

• Serve as both a leader and an individual contributor, directly owning end-to-end customer onboarding
• Manage workflow go-lives through meticulous project planning and technical implementation
• Oversee customer go-live and hypercare processes, ensuring fast response times and effective issue resolution
• Optimize workflows for B2B distribution teams to ensure seamless AI integration across order-to-cash, customer service, inventory/availability, fulfillment coordination, and related operational processes
• Monitor client performance and engagement, proactively address adoption gaps, and identify opportunities to increase value realization
• Standardize training and best practices to help CSRs enhance customer onboarding and ongoing support
• Act as an escalation point for customer concerns
