Engineering Manager

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development
• Drive technical execution on key product and platform initiatives, ensuring the team ships high-quality, reliable systems
• Stay hands-on when needed — participate in architecture reviews, write production code occasionally, and support critical decision-making
• Partner closely with Product, AI, and Ops to define roadmaps, clarify requirements, and align priorities
• Experience building 0→1 products, with a willingness to stay hands-on while scaling and shaping the engineering function.
• Improve engineering processes, rituals, and on-call practices to help the team move faster with increasing quality
• Create clarity through strong communication — ensuring teams understand goals, trade-offs, and success criteria
• Collaborate with other engineering managers to shape engineering culture, standards, and best practices
• Participate in hiring and onboarding to help scale our engineering organization, including building and leading our new Customer Support product team.

Solutions Engineer

• You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers — building real solutions that prove value fast and scale in production.
• Partner with sales, product, and operations on discovery calls, workshops, and design sessions.
• Translate customer business problems into technical architectures, workflows, and integration roadmaps.
• Act as a technical champion during onboarding, removing blockers and guiding implementations.
• Rapidly prototype integrations, automations, or agent workflows to validate fit and feasibility.
• Move prototypes into production-level code, collaborating with engineering on scalability, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Build and maintain SDKs, API clients, connectors, and middleware for customer systems.
• Establish and implement best practices for data modeling, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and error handling.
• Capture customer feedback and clearly articulate it to product & engineering for roadmap prioritization.
• Produce design docs, integration guides, technical documentation, and training materials.

Events

• Design and execute event strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to map out and execute an annual event plan, prioritizing the right mix of 50+ conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and roundtables that align to business goals and target accounts.
• Execute networking programs: Plan and deliver dozens of executive-level micro events annually, creating intimate settings that highlight Augie’s capabilities and foster valuable peer-to-peer discussions among C-suite decision makers.
• Lead major trade show activations: Own Augment’s presence at top logistics conferences—including booth design and experience, speaking opportunities, executive roundtables, and VIP hospitality. Create a warm, welcoming environment for the brand and ensure Augment stands out from traditional industry approaches.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: Oversee all details from venue selection and contract negotiation to catering, AV, guest list management, registration platforms, and on-site execution. Anticipate and troubleshoot issues to deliver flawless experiences.
• Drive pre and post-event engagement and follow-up: Collaborate with Marketing on compelling event promotions, invitations, and post-event campaigns. Partner with Sales to ensure follow-up drives opportunities forward and strengthens executive relationships.
• Measure impact: Define success metrics for every program. Track leads, pipeline contribution, attendance quality, and ROI to continually optimize event strategy.
• Stay ahead of trends and experiment: Monitor the logistics and events landscape to identify emerging conferences, new formats, and bold, creative ways to reach decision makers.

Field and Events Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing

• Develop and own inbound and outbound demand generation strategy targeting enterprise logistics organizations
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align on ICP accounts, pipeline goals, and qualification criteria
• Establish KPIs for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact
• Build dashboards and reporting to measure performance including marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, channel performance, CAC, etc
• Drive opportunity creation and deal acceleration through coordinated multi-channel campaigns spanning paid media, outbound, virtual events, field events, etc
• Manage and mentor Augment’s Event Marketing Manager to ensure field marketing programs are strategically aligned, well executed and delivering results
• Oversee integrated, personalized ABM campaigns aligned to enterprise sales stages (awareness, influence, acceleration)
• Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are on-target, on-brand and on-message
• Own web strategy, partnering across sales, product marketing and creative to ensure messaging, CTAs, and content directly support pipeline goals
• Run continuous testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
• Maintain analytics infrastructure (tagging, tracking, reporting) to monitor funnel performance
• Ensure seamless integration of the website with the marketing ops stack (CRM, automation, ABM platforms)
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, 6Sense, etc.) for accurate data and efficient execution
• Implement and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurture processes to maximize sales alignment
• Monitor funnel health, diagnose conversion bottlenecks, and drive solutions that improve efficiency and velocity
