• Act as the voice of the customer by capturing and relaying feedback to help enhance product offerings and customer experiences

• Manage a portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts across North America, owning the full post-sale relationship and ensuring strong retention and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on digital experimentation and optimization strategy.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth by proactively identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the combined AB Tasty & VWO product suite.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, platform demos, and renewal negotiations, clearly articulating value delivered and aligning on future roadmap opportunities.
• Liaise with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay client feedback, advocate for client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Act as a key representative of AB Tasty in the North American enterprise market, bringing a hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to every account interaction.

Senior Key Account Manager, Enterprise

General Counsel

• Manage the review, negotiation, and drafting of a wide variety of contracts including T&Cs, license agreements, partnership deals, NDAs, and marketing agreements for HQ and subsidiaries.
• Build and maintain effective internal policies, processes, and compliance documentation in collaboration with the DPO and security teams.
• Drive legal support across departments to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead the development and updating of company legal documents, training materials, and internal legal frameworks.
• Liaise with internal business teams, presales, compliance, and external stakeholders on legal and privacy matters.
