About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients, understanding their goals and challenges to provide tailored guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
  • Drive platform adoption and value realization, leading onboarding journeys.
  • Lead strategic guidance sessions, product showcases, and best-practice sharing.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a client-facing SaaS or digital optimization role (3+ years)
  • Confidence in engaging decision-makers, translating technical concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics; bonus for React, Vue.js, SSR, SPA, APIs, or SDKs)
  • Strong organizational skills and a consultative mindset.
  • Eagerness to develop deep expertise across VWO/AB Tasty's full product suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
