About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the review, negotiation, and drafting of a wide variety of contracts including T&Cs, license agreements, partnership deals, NDAs, and marketing agreements for HQ and subsidiaries.
- Build and maintain effective internal policies, processes, and compliance documentation in collaboration with the DPO and security teams.
- Drive legal support across departments to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
- Lead the development and updating of company legal documents, training materials, and internal legal frameworks.
- Liaise with internal business teams, presales, compliance, and external stakeholders on legal and privacy matters.
- Act as a key legal advisor within the organization, supporting daily operations and long-term risk management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in contract law, data privacy, and commercial legal support, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Confidence in handling diverse legal topics including IP, compliance, and RFP legal aspects.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, adapt legal knowledge to business needs, and contribute proactively to cross-functional teams.
