Revenue Operations

• Owning the solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools (especially SFDC, Hubspot, and Clay), considering long-term scalability, business objectives, and user adoption.
• Collaborating on discovery with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to understand how they engage prospects and customers, then architect technical solutions that support those goals.

• Own Four's affiliate revenue stream, including channel growth, partner performance, and percentage-of-GMV contribution
• Establish and manage clear channel reporting across revenue, GMV contribution, partner mix, performance trends, and opportunity pipeline
• Build forecasts and performance views that help Four understand where affiliate revenue is growing, where it is underperforming, and what actions are needed next
• Focus first on optimizing Four's existing affiliate base and growing the value Four captures from current relationships

• Provides subject-matter expertise on content design and delivery to improve the business's revenue training and enablement programs.

• Build and maintain the standardized reporting suite (daily dashboards, weekly summaries, monthly reviews, and quarterly strategic rollups) tailored to the distinct needs of Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Sales Reps, and Operations & Enablement.
• Track and report core metrics, activities, response rate, close rate, average deal size, bookings, weighted pipeline, conversation by segment, and goal pacing, with appropriate comparative and proportionate context.
• Move beyond data delivery to analysis, surface trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and present findings in clear business language that leadership can act on.
• Act as a primary business owner of Salesforce data integrity, ensuring it stays accurate and synced with downstream financial, POS, and order-entry systems.
• Identify and implement automation that eliminates manual reporting and improves the reliability of sales data and commissions.
• Partner with the Technology team on the roadmap, lead-routing logic, and the integration and optimization of the broader revenue tech stack.

• Must be adaptable with work schedule, and be available to travel for work, which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will require less than 10% travel.
