Senior Manager, Advanced People Analytics – Reporting

• The People Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the People (HR) team and helps deliver an excellent candidate & employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
• This role manages day-to-day people operations tasks – talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, benefits & payroll administration support, HRIS data accuracy, employee communications, compliance tracking, and reporting—while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace.

People Operations Coordinator

• The Global Function People Partner acts as a strategic partner and advisor to Global Leaders, enabling business outcomes through insightful people analytics, effective workforce planning, strong governance, and consistent delivery of global people processes across geographies.
• Partner with Global Leaders and leadership teams as the primary point of contact for people related matters, providing guidance, challenge, and coaching.
• Drive delivery of the annual People Cycle, including performance management, talent and succession planning, compensation, Annual Salary Review, and development activities.
• Own and coordinate ASR activities for global leader populations, ensuring leader enablement, data accuracy, budget governance, and timely completion in Workday.
• Execute talent and succession plans, facilitate talent discussions alongside Global PBP, and ensure high quality talent data and documented follow‑through in Workday.

People Partner

• Configure and support Workday modules including HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence (30%)
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business decision-making (20%)
• Administer Workday security framework including roles, domains, and business process security policies (15%)
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy across systems (10%)
• Support integrations (EIBs, APIs, inbound/outbound feeds) including monitoring and troubleshooting (10%)
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve production tickets, and support releases including SIT/UAT testing (10%)
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives (5%)

Senior People Technology Analyst – Workday, HCM, Complex Dashboard

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, benefits, and day-to-day people matters
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, probation, internal movements, documentation, and employee exits
• Share confidential employee data with relevant teams for insurance enrollments.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel / spreadsheets
• Prepare presentations, employee communication decks, and reports for stakeholders.
• Support managers and the Talent Partner in managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), including documentation, milestone tracking, and follow-ups
• Review manager-drafted feedback and documentation for clarity, objectivity, and professionalism

• Act as the primary point of contact between Bark.com and the managed office provider (e.g., WeWork, Awfis)
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, welcoming, and conducive to productivity
• Take full ownership of procuring and providing a diverse, high-quality selection of snacks and beverages for the team
• Oversee day-to-day allocation and Cabs and Security Escorts for employees working in different shift hours
• Ensure the workspace complies with basic health and safety standards
